Our Process for Candidates
For our candidates to achieve their career meridian, we take the time and put in the effort to get to know them. We maintain open, honest communication and feedback at all times. We know that we are presenting potentially life-changing opportunities to people that excel in what they do, and we respect the process and the stories behind each CV.
The process for candidates includes:
- Initial contact, followed by an interview that delves into both the personal and professional areas of each candidate, which helps us to determine if they will be a good match with the available position.
- Credit checks, criminal checks and references will be required for each candidate. We will conduct these checks for the convenience of all parties.
- Scheduling of interviews with the company.
- Providing of feedback after the interview.
- Discussing and negotiating of salaries, starting dates, benefits, and so on. We follow through to the final closing.
- Assisting with the transitioning and relocation process.
- Following up with candidates for a year after they start working for their new employer, maintaining open communication at all times.
